Document Delivery

Rosie scanning article from bound periodical

Rosie scanning article for Document Delivery.

FACULTY AND STUDENTS … Don’t have the time or inclination to run to the Library to photocopy that journal article or book chapter you need?  Never fear, Document Delivery is here! When you discover that perfect item you need for your class or research, all you have to do is fill out an Interlibrary Loan Request, just as you would if we didn’t own the item.

The appropriate forms are on the left side of the ILLiad homepage; simply complete either the article or book chapter form and submit.   You need to supply the appropriate citation information (article or chapter title, page numbers, etc.), and, please, request only one chapter or article per form.   One of our ILL team will retrieve the item,  scan the appropriate article/book chapter, and send you the digital copy via email.

We promise delivery within 72 hours, but, quite honestly, you will probably receive a high quality digital copy within hours of the request (except over the weekend). Quite a few are already doing this, so please come on over to the easy side and let us do the work for you!
